Payment of the Client shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of the agreement

For full terms and conditions, please refer to the Rental agreement. Payment of the Client shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of the agreement (whether the agreement is signed or not, you are automatically agreeing to these terms below and on the Rental Agreement.


Our cancellation terms are a general guideline and may differ depending on the property booked. When making your reservation, please be sure to confirm these terms as we cannot be held responsible for any changes once your booking has been confirmed. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the room. We advise all clients to take out travel insurance to cover cancellations as refunds are not guaranteed.

• Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
• Bookings cancelled less than 90 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.


As with the cancellation policy, these payment terms are a guideline and may change depending on the property booked. Please check when making your reservation.
• Bookings confirmed within 30 days of the arrival date, require 100% payment.
• Bookings confirmed prior to 30 days of the arrival date, require 50% deposit payment, with the balance to be received by us no later than 35 days prior to arrival date.
• Cash security deposits are payable with your balance payment and will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure date. Security deposits can only be refunded the same way they were received; i.e. if made by credit card, we can only refund to the credit card.

• This is facilitated by the secure PayGate portal.
• Once you have let us know that you choose this method of payment, a link will be emailed to you from ‘noreply@paygate.co.za’. It is as simple as following the instructions online.
• Once you have completed the transaction, we receive email confirmation from PayGate and will send receipt as confirmation of your payment
• IMPORTANT: A transaction fee of 3,5% is added to your accommodation total
