5 Bedroom Beach House, Yzerfontein
White Sands is a beautiful self-catering house with a contemporary style, situated right on the beach in Yzerfontein.
There is a large open plan area spilling out onto the wooden sun bleached decks, and you can enjoy the views from every angle, whether lazing on the couch with a good book, or cooking up a storm with glass of wine in hand.
INTERIOR & EXTERIOR
There is a large indoor dining table, as well as an outdoor area at the braai. The well equipped kitchen is a state of the art entertainer’s dream, and it forms the central part of the home, so your family and friends can always feel a part of the goings on.
The Villa has a separate scullery area and a pantry. There is a fireplace in the lounge section for those wintery evenings, and built in barbeque area on the deck which is always protected from the elements. There is a plunge pool on the deck to cool off in too
The large main bedroom is located upstairs. This huge luxurious suite has stunning sea views from every angle! It has warm wooden floors, soft sandy hues, and once you step into the room, it is hard to leave! You really have the feeling that you are on a cruise ship. It has a private lounge with TV, which leads out onto a deck overlooking the sea, American Shutters and an open bathroom, with a bath & a huge shower. Separate toilet.
A second Bedroom is located upstairs with a separate entrance, and incredible sea views. This has a king size bed, with a bath and a shower, and a separate toilet.
The downstairs room has a king size bed as well as a bath and shower in the room. It overlooks the deck onto the plunge pool. It also offers stunning sea views.
A smaller 4th bedroom has 2 double bunk beds plus 2 extra pull out beds, so is ideal for the kids and their friends. Can be converted into 2 single beds which can be put together as a kingsize bed on request. There is a TV and DVD player. This shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 5.
This 5th bedroom room has a kingsize bed and shares the bathroom with bedroom 4.
