This villa is perfectly located for those wishing to be close to nature and wanting to feel elevated above the world with a wrap-around view of the endless ocean. The villa lies adjacent to the beginning of a mountain-path hiking trail through the vegetation of Signal Hill and winds itself to the summit of Lions Head.

The entrance to the villa is via a walkover magnificent and thriving Koi pond. The home interior is wide open, airy and spacious, but still maintains very distinctive elements of warmth and charm through the over-all use of earthy tones such as woods, beige’s, bronze stone-grey’s, burnt-orange and blacks. The entrance space opens itself up into a wide and conjoined formal lounge and dining room area. The kitchen exits onto a rear situated courtyard which leads its way to the servant apartment.

The home has underfloor heating throughout its predominantly Travertine tiled area and there are heated towel rails in every bathroom. Additionally, the home is very secure, as it has the inclusion of CCTV cameras, alarm/beaming system, 24 hour response, intercom and electric-wire fencing.

There is garage parking for 2 cars. The home has three bedrooms in total, with only one of them ( master-suite) having a climate-control/air-con system. All three rooms are fitted with double beds.
